Day 1: Arrival at Tsavo East and Afternoon Game Drive
The safari begins early in the morning with a pickup from your hotel or residence, followed by a drive towards Tsavo East National Park. Upon arrival at the park gate, you enter the vast expanse of savannah where wildlife sightings start almost immediately. A game drive takes you toward your lodge, offering the chance to see red elephants, zebras, giraffes, buffalo, and other iconic species. You arrive at the lodge in time for lunch and a short rest. In the afternoon, you head out once more for an extended game drive, exploring different areas of the park as animals become more active in the cooler hours. The day comes to a close with dinner and an overnight stay at the lodge, surrounded by the tranquil sounds of the wilderness.
Day 2: Early Morning Game Viewing and Return Journey
The second day begins with a pre-breakfast game drive at sunrise, a prime time for spotting predators and other wildlife as they start their morning activities. After enjoying the early light and vibrant wildlife scenes, you return to the lodge for breakfast. Once you have checked out, you take a final game drive as you exit the park, offering one last opportunity to enjoy Tsavo’s sweeping landscapes and diverse animal life. The tour concludes with a relaxed drive back to your drop-off location, arriving around midday or early afternoon, marking the end of a memorable two-day safari.
