All of the prime, high quality meat is roasted on traditional Masai swords over a huge charcoal pit at the entrance of the restaurant, before being carved onto sizzling cast iron plates at your table. Diners can choose from a huge selection including four choices of wild game, salads, vegetable side dishes and a variety of delicious exotic sauces.

After the meal, guests are invited to try the famous Carnivore Dawa cocktail, which specially created to hydrate the person and refresh the taste buds. The word Dawa in Swahili means medicine or a health potion.
