3 Days Tsavo East and Amboseli Safari (Kilimanjaro Safaris)

Day 1: Mombasa – Tsavo East National Park

Your Tsavo East and Amboseli safari begins with an early morning pick-up from your coastal hotel. Drive to Tsavo East National Park, renowned for its large elephant populations and legendary man-eating lions. Enjoy a game drive en route to Aruba Dam, a prime wildlife viewing area.

Proceed to your preferred accommodation—Ashnil Aruba Lodge, Voi Safari Lodge, Voi Wildlife Lodge, Voi Wildlife Manyatta Luxury Tents, or Ashnil Aruba Luxury Tents—before checking in for lunch. Spend the afternoon relaxing, followed by a late afternoon game drive as wildlife becomes active again. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Tsavo East – Amboseli National Park

Enjoy an early breakfast, then depart Tsavo East with an en-route game drive as you head toward Amboseli National Park. Arrive in time for a short game drive before checking in at your chosen lodge or camp: Kibo Safari Camp, Amboseli Serena Lodge, Oltukai Lodge, Amboseli Sentrim Camp, or Kilima Camp.

Have lunch and relax before your afternoon game drive in the park. Amboseli is famous for breathtaking views of Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak, providing a stunning backdrop to the plains and abundant wildlife. Dinner and overnight at your lodge/camp.

Day 3: Amboseli – Mombasa

After an early breakfast, enjoy a final morning game drive in Amboseli National Park. Then check out and begin your journey back to Mombasa. Stop for lunch at Voi Lion Hill Camp before continuing to the coast. Arrive at your beach hotel in the late afternoon, marking the end of your memorable Tsavo East and Amboseli safari.
