Day 1: Mombasa – Tsavo East National Park
Your Mombasa Tsavo East Amboseli Safari begins with an early morning pick-up from your beach hotel, followed by a scenic drive along the Mombasa–Nairobi Highway toward Tsavo East National Park. Known for its huge herds of red elephants and the legendary man-eating lions of Tsavo, the park offers an authentic Kenyan wildlife experience. You enter the park and enjoy a game drive en route to Aruba Dam, a popular wildlife hotspot, before continuing to Ashnil Aruba Camp for check-in and lunch. After a short rest, you head out for an afternoon game drive across the vast savannah plains in search of elephants, lions, buffalo, giraffes, and more. The day ends with dinner and an overnight stay at Ashnil Aruba Camp.
Day 2: Tsavo East – Amboseli National Park
After an early breakfast, you enjoy a final morning game drive in Tsavo East as you exit the park and begin your journey to Amboseli National Park. Arriving with a short game drive, you check in at Oltukai Lodge in time for lunch. After relaxing at the lodge, an afternoon game drive follows, allowing you to explore Amboseli’s famous landscapes dominated by the breathtaking snow-capped peak of Mount Kilimanjaro. Amboseli is renowned for large elephant families, open plains, and excellent photographic opportunities. The evening ends with dinner and an overnight stay at Oltukai Lodge.
Day 3: Amboseli – Nairobi
Begin the day with an early morning game drive to capture sunrise views of Mount Kilimanjaro and observe wildlife at their most active. Return to the lodge for breakfast, then check out and depart Amboseli for Nairobi. You arrive in the city in time for lunch at the famous Carnivore Restaurant before being dropped at your hotel, marking the end of your unforgettable Mombasa Tsavo East Amboseli Safari.
